I just got a New in the create from an auction, Kandi Krusier 4P. It has the Lipoe4 48v and solar panel. I did have to put it together, and I had no extra parts. I used it for about half a mile and then put it away and the next morning it now has error code 3039. I checked both batteries and the SOC on the 48v was 66% and the little 12v was 13.2v. I did a hard reset (disconnected both negative cables and left it over night. Same 3039. I undid the solar panel, same code 3039. Everything else turns on. But cart does not move. I am now charging the 48v but it should not matter really. When I had 66%. I can hear the 12v doing its thing. I am at a total loss.
I am a old Vet and need some help. Thank you all for your help in advance I really appreciate it.
