Beach Kruiser 6P

I bought this blue 6P from Lowe’s in August after recently retiring to Panama City Beach. I did lots of research on the FB group page before pulling the trigger. I first needed to modify it into an LSV as carts can be driven on most streets in this beach town. As it has a lot of the required equipment from the manufacturer, I only had to change to a DOT windshield and add a wiper blade, lighted license plate bracket, and a slow moving vehicle sign. After titling, tagging, and insuring I did these necessary modifications immediately:
• Wheel spacers
• Glove box doors and locks
• Tune to 30 mph top speed
• Alton’s upgraded USB, turn signal beeper, illuminated toggle switch harness, front turn signal harnesses, and rear brake/tail harness
• Turn signal mirrors
• Front and rear marker lamps with turn signal
• High center stoplights
• 4 panel rear view mirror
• Phone and cup holders
• Lowered the steering column

I still need to add a music system and possibly some under lighting. Possibly some different tires and wheels.
It has been a lot of fun so far from running to the beach or Pier Park to just picking up groceries and beer.

Wow, I really like that blue on your beach cruiser! The turn signal mirrors are a nice touch! I wrote a DIY guide for running under glow lights on my 6P. I went with the cheapest LED’s I could find but you might prefer something of better quality. Thanks for posting and congratulations on being an alarm damper giveaway winner!

Thank you Craig. Really appreciate the covers! I’ll check out your LED lighting video and see if it is something I want to do.

Rick-- where did you find the turn signal side mirrors. and all the other cool upgrades you did? I too have a Beach Kruiser 6P over in Mexico Beach that I’d like to outfit and personalize.

I got them from Amazon. Here’s the link:
